Certified and Compliant Drone Operations

 All HarborSky Imaging drone pilots are certified by Transport Canada and operate in full compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS). Our pilots hold the required RPAS Pilot Certificate and have successfully completed Transport Canada–approved knowledge exams and flight reviews, demonstrating competency in airspace awareness, aviation safety, emergency procedures, and responsible drone operation.In addition to certification, our pilots conduct thorough pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and airspace checks for every mission. We carry appropriate liability insurance and adhere to strict operational protocols to ensure safe, legal, and professional drone operations in complex environments, including urban, industrial, and construction sites.This commitment to certification, safety, and regulatory compliance ensures reliable results while protecting clients, the public, and project sites.
